Understand financial obligations under loan agreement
Monitoring of covenants and compliance with conditions of loan agreement
Timely reporting to finance provider
Liaising with power off taker and provision of metered data
Board reporting and attendance at AGM
Assist with insurance renewal
Calculating and coordinating the distribution to shareholders and assistance in estimations of forthcoming distributions
