WIND
As leaders in the Irish Wind Energy Industry, we strive to spearhead improvements and drive change through initiatives.
MAximizing performance
We are proud to manage 24 wind farms across Ireland and have established strong connections with leading wind turbine manufacturers in the country.
With locations spanning Kildare, Cavan, and Cork, our team can swiftly respond to any on-site issues, reducing downtime and maximizing performance.
driving change
Our oldest wind farm, built in 1997, boasts an impressive turbine availability rate of 99%. This is achieved through our extensive knowledge of operational data and our partnerships with key maintenance companies.
As leaders in the Irish wind energy industry, we strive to spearhead improvements and drive change through initiatives such as the Irish Wind Energy Association.

Data is sourced from Met Eireann and the ERA5 Reanalysis Dataset, courtesy of ECMWF. Figures are presented for information only, and are not to be used for the basis of commercial decisions. EnergyPro bear no responsibility for inaccuracies in the source data.
Met Station data is measured at the elevation of the individual stations. If ERA5 data is selected with the Met Stations the figures are taken at 10m elevation. Windfarm wind speeds are taken from ERA5 data, using data from 100m above sea level at the closest available grid point. ERA5 data is not up to date, as it is only made available by ECMWF a number of months after the initial measurement.
The ten year average at the top of the dashboard is the mean wind speed across the selected met stations for the selected years. The graphed average is the average of the mean wind speed for each selected location. This double averaging may lead to discrepancies between the values. The more accurate value to use would be the ten-year average in text at the top of the screen.
